Job Summary: Looking for a Logistic Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Handle daily shipping in order to guarantee the customer service continuity and quality
Conduct all the administrative tasks related to transport
Implement the transport plan through ensuring the daily shipping management
Support the preparation transport budgets
Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations
Develop and maintain relationships with key logistics partners as well as service consumers
Handle logistics partner recruitment, onboarding as well as training
Manage the preparation of all necessary documents required
Generate and report on customs related logistics indicators
Prepare, manage and monitor all operations related budgets
Coordinate the physical flow of documents as well as products within the necessary timelines
Conduct tasks within the budget limits and be able to account for all expenditure incurred

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a relevant Degree from a recognized University
At least 2 to 5 years of experience of experience working as a logistic coordinator or in a related position
Must have good knowledge of Ms Office suite with excellent typing skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong working knowledge of logistics procedures, systems as well as reporting skills
Excellent project management skills required
Must be flexible and adaptable to change
