Job Summary: Looking for a Logistic Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, as well as inventory management
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of goods
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, carriers, and internal teams, providing updates on shipment status and addressing inquiries
• Resolve logistical issues and disputes in a timely and efficient manner
• Schedule transportation and distribution activities, ensuring on-time delivery of products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure inventory levels meet demand
• Monitor stock levels, order replenishments, and manage product returns as necessary
• Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies in all logistics activities
• Analyze transportation and logistics costs to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Stay informed about industry regulations and make necessary adjustments to processes
• Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study
• Practical experience in logistics coordination or a related role is required
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet logistics deadlines
