Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests
Guide guests to seating areas or facilities
Manage guest flow and reservations
Work with the service team to support guest needs
Answer simple questions about the hotel or restaurant
Requirements
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Neat and presentable appearance
Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
