We are seeking a professional and personable Lobby Hostess to be the welcoming face of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will greet clients and visitors warmly, provide information about our properties and services, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every guest. Prior hostess experience in real estate are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
Provide accurate information about company projects, property listings, and office locations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Manage deliveries, correspondence, and administrative records.
Support client meetings and coordinate with the sales or marketing team when needed.
Perform general office and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hostess or Receptionist, preferably in the
real estate
industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Confident in using office equipment and handling basic administrative tasks.
Professional appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and commitment to outstanding client service.
Russian candidates are highly preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
