We are seeking a warm, approachable, and professional Lobby Hostess to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will welcome and assist guests with courtesy, provide accurate information and directions, and help maintain a polished and inviting reception environment that reflects our company's commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and guests, offering assistance and information about the company as needed.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with essential materials such as stationery and brochures.
Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to email inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Manage and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
Uphold office security by monitoring visitor access and following safety procedures.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a front-facing role such as Sales Hostess, Kiosk Hostess, or Receptionist is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Skilled in operating standard office equipment and handling routine administrative tasks.
Well-groomed, courteous, and confident with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Committed to delivering outstanding customer service at all times.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
