The Lobby Hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees at the company's headquarters. She ensures a professional, welcoming, and hospitable environment, enhancing the company's corporate image and delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners in a professional manner.
Manage the lobby area to ensure it is tidy, presentable, and aligned with corporate standards.
Direct guests to the appropriate meeting rooms, offices, or staff members.
Provide support during corporate events, VIP visits, and board meetings.
Monitor and replenish hospitality supplies (refreshments, brochures, magazines).
Report maintenance, housekeeping, or safety issues in the lobby area.
Support administrative tasks as required by the Office Manager.
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as hostess, or front-office representative.
