What you will be doing:
Provide a seamless and personalized arrival experience, engaging first-time visitors and offering directions
Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
Recognize and welcome repeat guests, elite members, and VIPs
Offer prompt, professional, and discreet service
Confidently respond to guest inquiries with strong product knowledge
Creatively resolve incidents to turn around negative experiences
Remain available and proactive in guest interactions
Assist with hotel facilities and promotions
Handle cashiering and administrative duties related to lobby operations
Coordinate pre-arrival communications and ensure readiness
Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Uphold Accor values and service standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in guest relations or front office preferred
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
Thriving in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.
Tech-savvy with Opera or similar systems
Guest-oriented, approachable, and genuinely service-minded
