Are you a driven and results-focused

Personal Loan Sales Executive

? Fintrek is looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about banking sales and ready to thrive in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment

. Work with top UAE banks and grow your income with the

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan products

from leading UAE banks Conduct

cold calls, field visits, and client meetings

to generate leads Evaluate client eligibility and assist with

loan documentation

Explain

interest rates, EMI structures, and repayment terms

to clients Ensure compliance with

UAE banking regulations and internal policies

Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline Meet and exceed

monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year experience

in

personal loan sales or banking sales

(UAE or home country) Strong knowledge of

DSA model

, personal finance products, and bank procedures Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Familiar with

UAE financial regulations, credit scoring

, and loan processing Experience using

CRM platforms

and sales reporting tools Must be

currently residing in the UAE

and ready for

immediate joining
