Loan Advisor
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell personal loans from top-tier UAE banks
- Identify client financial needs and offer tailored loan solutions
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets & KPIs
- Keep client records up to date via CRM systems
- Stay up to date on UAE banking regulations & financial trends
- Minimum 1 year of personal loan sales or retail banking experience (UAE or home country)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven record of target achievement in financial sales
- Must be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately
- CRM software knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of UAE compliance & banking procedures is a bonus
