Promote and sell personal loan products to individual clients
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored financial solutions
Generate leads through cold calling, outdoor activities, and customer referrals
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Personal Loan sales (UAE or home country)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong sales and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Candidates currently residing in Dubai are preferred
