We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Loader Operative to join our logistics/warehouse team. The Loader Operative will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading goods, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles and containers.
Ensure all items are handled safely to prevent damage.
Check and verify the quantity and condition of goods received or shipped.
Follow correct procedures for labeling, packaging, and storing materials.
Operate loading equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts (if licensed).
Maintain cleanliness and order in the loading/unloading area.
Adhere to health and safety policies at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Forklift license (desirable but not mandatory).
