Job Description

Must have strong working knowledge of R.F. systems such as transmitters, receivers, and antenna networks. Experience with the US Military or Government Contracting environment is preferred.

Experience with RF infrastructure Technologies to Console Systems, ASTRO Conventional and Trunk equipment is strongly preferred.

Must have excellent skills in the use of various communications test equipment (communications systems analysers, Ethernet link test sets, T1 test sets, digital power meters, etc.).

Must have superior knowledge of Motorola conventional and MCC consoles systems, secure operations and ASTRO digital systems and installation procedures.

Must be capable of performing maintenance of server hardware/OS and software infrastructure and troubleshooting to resolve system/application related issues.

Must have the ability to read, write and communicate orally in English with a high level of proficiency.

Must possess a proficient level of computer skills in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, including supervisory management.

Requirements

High School diploma and a minimum of 3 semester hours above high school English from an accredited school.

Certifications training on ASTRO P25 System and related LMR network infrastructure training.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license from country of origin for the purpose of obtaining

and maintaining a valid military or Kuwait Driver's License.

The ability to acquire and maintain an ASCL (Smart Card).

Minimum 3 years' experience working with Motorola LMR products and networks.

Must have basic electronic repair knowledge.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate high level systems experience and have a minimum of 6 years related experience with the following equipment: Motorola Base Stations (Quantar, GTR series); MCC7500 Consoles; T1 Circuits; Computer IP Networks and Configuration; Experience with logging recording systems, RF interfaces, wired/wireless communications systems and networking equipment.RF communications systems and computer/networking skills are required.

Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment.
