Must have prior experience as a
Head Chef

in a Michelin-starred restaurant or equivalent fine-dining environment. Expertise inWestern, Asian (particularly Chinese), and Middle Eastern cuisines
. Proven ability to prepare bothdaily family meals
andformal multi-course menus
for high-profile occasions. Demonstrated experience working for aprivate family or UHNW household
, with professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.Hands-on and self-sufficient
-- capable of managing all aspects of the kitchen independently, without additional staff. Professional, discreet, and experienced inserving UHNW families or principals
.Yacht or marine galley experience
is advantageous but not mandatory; must be willing to adapt to onboard service if required. Flexible and adaptable to dynamic schedules, includingoccasional travel
