Live In: Separate accommodation offsite Start: ASAP Rate: £1200 net per week Days: 6 days Our client based in the Arabian Gulf is looking for a Private PA/lady in waiting to assist & support with all aspects of her busy life offering support across day to day administration and lifestyle requirements. The Client travels extensively where these international trips can include multi locations lasting 6 - 8 weeks at a time, particularly in the traditional travel periods of summer, Easter & Christmas. As such you should be well travelled yourself and able to provide first class support in the gulf & internationally researching various restaurants to eat at, places of interest etc. You should be well educated, consider yourself to be well read adaptable & intuitive. This is a busy and varied role and would suit a flexible, pro-active and forward-thinking individual who is accustomed to working in households where formalities are the norm. Responsibilities include, however are not limited to; diary management, travel planning & booking, booking appointments / reservations such as medical, personal and social, liaising with the principles teenage child's school, along with some management of his diary, liaising with other staff in the home, errand running which will be wide and varied from sourcing antiques to collecting visas or patisseries from her favourite bakery! Candidates must be / have experience in a similar role in a Private capacity, be a good communicator with excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish would be an added bonus to your application. £1200 net per week. 6 days
