Litigation Draftsman : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Draftsman to join our boutique law firm based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence for use in litigation proceedings, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests. Key Responsibilities: Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence for use in litigation proceedings, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests. Conduct legal research and analysis to support the drafting of legal documents. Work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members to develop legal strategies and arguments. Review and analyze case documents, including pleadings, deposition transcripts, and discovery responses, to identify key issues and develop legal arguments. Assist attorneys with preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials, including drafting witness outlines and preparing exhibits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, document logs, and other records related to litigation matters. Provide support to attorneys in managing and organizing case files, including document review and organization. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree or Masters in Legal Studies. Minimum of 10 years\' experience as a Litigation Draftsman in a law firm, with experience in UAE litigation. Excellent drafting and writing skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to review and analyze large volumes of documents and data. Proficiency with legal research tools and software, including LexisNexis and Westlaw. Familiarity with litigation procedures and rules in federal and state courts in the UAE.
