Job Overview

Oia Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and market-savvy

Listing Specialist (Russian Speaker)

to manage and coordinate property listings. The role involves ensuring listings are accurate, compliant, and competitively positioned, while supporting the sales team and communicating effectively with Russian-speaking clients and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and maintain property listings for sale and lease Coordinate with owners, tenants, photographers, and agents to ensure listings are market-ready Upload, update, and manage listings on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and CRM systems Ensure all listings comply with local regulations and company standards Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and property availability Support the sales team with leads, follow-ups, and listing coordination Maintain accurate documentation and regularly update listing statuses Communicate professionally with Russian-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in real estate listings or a similar administrative role Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Strong knowledge of the

UAE real estate market

, particularly Abu Dhabi Proficiency in listing platforms, CRM systems, and MS Office

Fluent in Russian and English

(Arabic is an advantage) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
