- List and market properties on various platforms including Dubizzle, Property Finder, and Bayut.
- Manage inquiries from potential buyers or renters.
- Conduct property showings for interested clients.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale or rental agreements.
- Helps in generating leads via Listings Platforms.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.
- Assisting Sales Agents to provide the listing materials and to publish online
- Must know about the Portals thoroughly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate property listings.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
- Accounting: 1 year (Required)
