Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Listing Optimization Specialist with a strong engineering background to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and continuously optimizing property listings to maximize visibility, booking rates, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

o? ?Create new property listings from scratch (titles, descriptions, amenities, house rules, pricing setup).

o? ?Perform in-depth analysis of listing performance using platform analytics (Airbnb Insights, Booking.com reports, Hostaway, etc).

o? ?Optimize keywords, SEO elements, photo sequencing, and content to improve search rankings.

o? ?Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify pricing and positioning opportunities.

o? ?Recommend and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, and events.

o? ?Monitor guest reviews and ratings, suggesting improvements to enhance listing scores.

o? ?Collaborate with photography, marketing, and operations teams for high-quality visual and content updates.

o? ?Track and report on key metrics: occupancy rates, ADR, RevPAR, conversion rates.

Requirements

o? ?Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline - Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, Computer, etc.) - mandatory.

o? ?Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

o? ?Proven experience in data analysis (Excel advanced functions, Google Sheets, or similar tools).

o? ?Previous experience in Airbnb/Booking.com listing management or revenue optimization is a strong advantage.

o? ?Understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.

o? ?Excellent written English (descriptions must be engaging and professional).

o? ?Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple listings simultaneously.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
