Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy

Listing Coordinator

to manage and optimize our short-term rental listings across multiple platforms. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are presented beautifully and accurately online -- maximizing visibility, occupancy, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain listings

on Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other rental platforms Write

compelling, guest-friendly copy

and highlight each unit's unique features Coordinate with the

photography and staging team

to ensure high-quality visuals Ensure

accurate pricing, calendar sync, availability, and amenities

for each property Monitor competitor listings and market trends to keep ours optimized Manage listing performance: analyze engagement, rankings, and conversion rates Collaborate with operations and guest experience teams to reflect real-time updates Ensure

compliance with platform regulations and local tourism guidelines

Implement SEO best practices to improve listing visibility Troubleshoot listing errors, flag issues, and liaise with platform support as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) Strong writing skills with an eye for marketing and guest engagement Familiarity with

PMS (Property Management Systems)

and channel managers (e.g. Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify) Understanding of dynamic pricing tools (e.g. PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse) is a plus Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Basic knowledge of real estate photography, layout, and digital media Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Excel, and CRM platforms Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
