Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to support our real estate team and contribute to the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will oversee property listings, provide administrative support to agents, and ensure the accuracy of listing information across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update property listings across various online platforms. Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed. Review and verify property details to maintain listing accuracy. Ensure efficient office operations by coordinating tasks and processes. Utilize CRM software to organize client and property data. Work with leading property portals such as Bayut and Property Finder.

Qualifications:



At least one year of relevant experience in Abu Dhabi. Proficiency in CRM platforms and data management tools. Knowledge of property listing platforms like Bayut and Property Finder. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
