We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Listing Coordinator
to manage and oversee all property listings for our real estate company. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end process of listing properties on various platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates to maximize exposure and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the property listing process from start to finish
Collect and verify all necessary documentation (Title Deed, Form A, etc.) for new listings
Upload and update listings on property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
Work closely with agents to gather property details, photos, and videos
Ensure all listings meet company and portal quality standards
Monitor listing performance and make improvements when necessary
Maintain accurate records and track listing expiry dates
Communicate with photographers, marketing teams, and agents to ensure timely updates
Generate regular reports on listing activity and performance
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate or property listing (1+ years preferred)
Knowledge of major property portals and listing procedures in the UAE
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online listing tools
Must have own visa (mandatory)
