Real Estate Listing Agent

to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in property listings, client relationship management, and an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial property listings. Conduct property evaluations and provide accurate pricing and market analysis. Coordinate with property owners to secure exclusive listings and maintain relationships. Prepare high-quality marketing content, including photos, videos, and property descriptions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize listing visibility. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor listings, and client needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE real estate (listing or sales). Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi/Dubai market regulations Familiarity with UAE property listing platforms and CRM tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple listings independently. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting. English fluency is required; Arabic or other language skills are a plus. Valid UAE driving license is a bonus.
