We are seeking a motivated and persuasive

Part-Time Listing Agent

to join our growing real estate team. This is a

phone-based role

focused primarily on

cold calling and follow-up calls

to property owners and landlords to secure new listings for our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to property owners, landlords, and potential clients Pitch our real estate services and explain the benefits of listing with our company Follow up with previous contacts to maintain relationships and encourage listings Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and call outcomes Schedule appointments for in-person follow-ups when necessary Collaborate with the listings team to convert warm leads into active listings

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate, telemarketing, or customer service preferred Strong phone communication and persuasion skills Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Organized, goal-driven, and able to work independently Reliable internet connection and quiet environment for remote calling (if working from home)
