Listing Coordinator

Job Description

-Communicate with property owners to keep up-to-date with available properties for sale.

- Work closely with the sales and leasing team to ensure property details, such as photos and descriptions, are accurate and shared with potential clients.

- Organize property viewings, highlighting the features and advantages of each property to prospective clients.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with owners by understanding their needs and offering accordingly.

- Assist owners in negotiating sales and lease terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

- Stay updated on real estate trends, rental prices, and property values to provide informed advice to clients.

Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi and nearby areas, including local property market trends, rental rates, and popular neighborhoods.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clients effectively and negotiate agreements.

- Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven mindset.

-Real Estate experience is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
