We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Listing Coordinator
to support our real estate team. The Listing Coordinator will play a key role in managing property listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms, and facilitating the smooth onboarding of new listings. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the property listing process.
Ensure all listings are accurately entered on real estate platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
Collect and verify property documentation and images from agents and developers.
Schedule property photography, videography, and other marketing activities.
Maintain up-to-date records of active, pending, and closed listings.
Communicate with agents and clients to ensure timely updates and responses.
Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements as needed.
Assist with drafting listing descriptions and marketing materials.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate administration, listing coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and listing portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of real estate documentation is a plus.
UAE real estate market experience preferred.
