Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and services for the real estate valuations, sales, and rental inventory.
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold & rented in order to determine its competitive market price.
Contribute to presentation materials, reports, and schedules for client engagements and proposals
Prepare valuation reports.
Uploading and Listing on Prop Space - Sellers & Landlords Properties.
Providing feedback on viewings from the Agent to the Landlords/Sellers.
Negotiate rates with Sellers & Landlords on potential deals on behalf of agents.
Input Clients on PropSpace Seller & Buyers - Landlords & Tenants.
Update on any price reductions and or increases daily.
All new listings should be coordinated with the Sales & Leasing Manager.
Check e-mails from Management and Sales Consultants for any requirements.
Availability to be sent to all internal agents.
Assist and promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services and all forms of social media.
Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers/tenants with the agents.
Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
Contact clients from PropSpace draft, live listings that have not been updated by the agent, and those unpublished listings that has no notes for 6 months.
