We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Listing Agent who is fluent in Arabic and European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German, Italian, etc.) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new property listings, building relationships with clients, and promoting properties to potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate New Listings: Identify and secure new property listings through networking, cold calling, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to advise clients on pricing and market trends.
- Property Promotion: Market listed properties through online platforms, social media, and traditional advertising methods.
- Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiations and ensure smooth transactions.
- Multilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with Arabic and European-speaking clients, providing exceptional service in their preferred language.
