We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Real Estate Coordinator
to support our growing real estate operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will assist agents, brokers, and management with administrative tasks, transaction coordination, client communications, and property listing management.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate property listings, sales, rentals, and marketing activities.
Manage documentation related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
Schedule and confirm property viewings, meetings, and appointments.
Maintain organized records of leads, listings, contracts, and client information.
Assist in preparing listing presentations, market reports, and promotional materials.
Serve as a liaison between clients, agents, and other departments.
Provide high-quality customer service to clients and respond promptly to inquiries.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate coordination, administration, or a similar field (real estate experience in the UAE is preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's real estate market and regulations.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused approach.
