Job Description
The Listing Agent is responsible for representing home sellers in the real estate market. This role involves marketing properties, advising clients on pricing and staging, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the selling process to achieve the best possible outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation:
Act as the primary point of contact for sellers throughout the listing and sales process.
Property Evaluation & Pricing:
Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine competitive listing prices.
Negotiation:
Present and negotiate offers on behalf of clients to achieve optimal sale terms.
Client Communication:
Provide regular updates and feedback to sellers throughout the listing period.
Market Knowledge:
Stay current on local market trends, zoning laws, and property values.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient with CRM tools, MLS systems, and marketing platforms Detail-oriented and organized
