The Listing Agent is responsible for sourcing, managing, and promoting property listings while building strong relationships with property owners and clients. Success in this role is measured by the quality and accuracy of listings, effective client communication, and the ability to convert listings into successful transactions. This position plays a key role in strengthening the company's market presence and supporting overall sales performance.
Responsibilities
Source, secure, and manage residential and commercial property listings
Coordinate with property owners to collect accurate property details, pricing, and availability
Prepare and maintain high-quality property listings across internal systems and marketing platforms
Conduct market research to advise clients on pricing and positioning
Liaise with sales and leasing teams to ensure smooth listing-to-transaction processes
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and developers
Ensure all listings comply with company standards and regulatory requirements
Follow up with clients and provide regular updates on listing performance
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in property listings or real estate brokerage
Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Solid knowledge of UAE property market trends
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English
