Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth property and ownership research using database.
Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, property condition, and market readiness
Experience preparing or managing MOUs, lease agreements, Tawtheeq, SPA and ownership verification documents
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with landlords and owners
What You Bring
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in residential real estate as a Listing Coordinator
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage 10+ active listings simultaneously
Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving abilities
