Hero Real Estate is a leading full-cycle brokerage based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are looking for a full-time Property Listing Agent to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of Hero Real Estate, you will serve as the vital link between property owners and our agents. Your primary role will focus on communicating with property owners, identifying properties available for rent and sale, and supporting our team in meeting client needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Research:

Connect with property owners to confirm the availability of properties for rent or sale, gathering all necessary details to ensure accurate and appealing listings.

Client Requirements:

Work closely with the team to understand client preferences and actively source properties that fit their criteria.

Communication:

Maintain clear and timely communication channels with property owners and agents to keep all parties informed about property statuses.

Listing Management

: Keep a detailed and up-to-date database of available properties, ensuring all information is precise and comprehensive.

Weekly Reports:

Prepare and present weekly summaries highlighting property availability, client interactions, and recommendations for improvement.

Team Support

: Assist the team in facilitating smooth transactions from listing to closing.

Negotiation Assistance:

Provide relevant market data, property features, and pricing insights to support negotiation processes.

Market Analysis:

Continuously monitor real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in real estate property listing or brokerage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing listings. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with real estate software and databases. Good knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends.
