We are seeking a motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for securing property listings, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth selling process from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and market knowledge to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, generate, and secure new property listings through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Conduct property evaluations and market analyses to determine accurate listing prices.
Prepare and present listing presentations to potential clients.
Coordinate property staging, professional photography, and marketing activities.
Create compelling property listings and manage online/offline advertising campaigns.
Maintain communication with property owners, providing updates on market activity and buyer feedback.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
Work closely with buyers' agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and transactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Listing Agent or Real Estate Agent.
Strong knowledge of the local property market and current trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in CRM software, MLS, and digital marketing platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
