Key Responsibilities:
Obtain property listings through client prospecting, referrals, and networking
Conduct property evaluations and provide accurate pricing strategies
Advise clients on home staging and improvements to enhance market value
Coordinate professional photography, videography, and virtual tours
Create compelling listings on MLS, company website, and other platforms
Develop and implement marketing strategies including social media, email campaigns, and open houses
Communicate with buyers' agents and potential buyers to negotiate offers
Prepare listing and sales contracts, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
Track leads, maintain CRM records, and follow up with clients regularly
Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, market conditions, and regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in listing-focused roles
Strong knowledge of local property market and real estate laws
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple listings at once
Proficiency in using real estate CRM systems, MLS, and digital marketing tools
