We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Listing Agent to manage property listings from acquisition to closing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new listings, preparing properties for the market, coordinating marketing efforts, and working with clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new property listings through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to explain the home-selling process
Evaluate property values using market analysis tools and prepare competitive market pricing
Advise clients on staging, pricing, and marketing strategies to attract potential buyers
Coordinate professional photography, videography, and virtual tours of properties
Create compelling MLS listings and manage all listing documentation and disclosures
Host open houses and coordinate private showings with potential buyers and buyer agents
Provide regular feedback and updates to sellers about market activity and showing responses
Negotiate offers and counteroffers between sellers and buyers
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time in compliance with real estate laws and regulations
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably with a focus on listings.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property values
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in CRM systems, MLS platforms, and digital marketing tools
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
