Job Responsibilities:
List residential or commercial properties for sale or rent
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and staging
Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses
Prepare listing presentations and agreements
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listings online and offline
Negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction process
Maintain CRM and stay in regular contact with clients
Requirements:
Proven experience as a listing or sales agent
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
