You will guide sellers through every step of the process, from pricing strategy to closing, while providing exceptional service and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct listing appointments with potential sellers to present market analysis and secure listings.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the listing process including staging, photography, marketing, and open houses.
Prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) to assist sellers in determining listing prices.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of the seller.
Maintain client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with other agents, brokers, attorneys, inspectors, and escrow companies to ensure a smooth transaction.
Keep up-to-date with local market trends and real estate regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a real estate listing agent or similar role.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
