We are seeking a motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent is responsible for representing property sellers in the real estate transaction process. This includes pricing homes competitively, marketing properties, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the closing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation:
Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers from initial consultation through closing.
Market Analysis:
Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to advise clients on property value and competitive pricing strategies.
Marketing:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including MLS listings, online advertising, open houses, virtual tours, brochures, and social media campaigns.
Negotiation:
Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome.
Communication:
Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients, providing updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the process.
Compliance:
Ensure all transactions are compliant with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, other real estate professionals, and industry partners.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a real estate agent, with a focus on listing properties.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software, and marketing platforms
Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously
