We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for helping clients sell their properties by providing expert advice, preparing homes for market, and managing the listing and sales process from start to finish. This role is ideal for a licensed real estate professional with strong sales and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with potential clients to understand their property selling needs.
Conduct market analysis to determine competitive listing prices.
Advise clients on home staging, repairs, and improvements to enhance marketability.
Coordinate professional photography, virtual tours, and open houses.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers between sellers and buyers.
Maintain communication with clients regarding the status of their listings.
Ensure all real estate documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Stay updated with local real estate market trends, laws, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably with listings.
Strong knowledge of the local housing market.
Excellent negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple listings and client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software, MLS, and digital marketing tools.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
