We are seeking a motivated and professional Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in selling their properties by providing expert guidance throughout the listing, marketing, and negotiation processes. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent property sellers in real estate transactions from listing to closing.
Advise clients on staging, home improvements, and marketing strategies to maximize property value and appeal.
List properties on the MLS and other platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions and photos.
Coordinate and host open houses, private showings, and promotional events.
Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to secure optimal terms and pricing.
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys throughout the transaction.
Maintain accurate records of all listings, client interactions, and contract documents.
Stay up-to-date with local market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably with a focus on listings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
