We are seeking a motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for working with property owners to market and sell their homes. This role includes pricing strategy, home staging guidance, marketing initiatives, conducting open houses, negotiating offers, and managing the transaction process through closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct listing presentations and secure exclusive listing agreements with sellers.
Advise clients on pricing strategy, staging, and property improvements to enhance marketability.
Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans including online listings, social media, print materials, and open houses.
Coordinate showings and provide feedback to sellers.
Represent the seller in negotiations with buyers or buyer agents.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding market activity and transaction status.
Collaborate with escrow, mortgage, and other service providers to ensure timely closings.
Stay informed about local market trends and legal regulations affecting real estate sales.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful property sales.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with MLS platforms, CRM software, and online marketing tools.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
