We are seeking a motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for helping homeowners sell their properties by marketing listings, providing expert advice, coordinating showings, and negotiating deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to determine their property selling needs.
Price properties in line with market data and client goals.
Prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) to assist in pricing strategies.
Stage and photograph homes for listing.
Coordinate open houses and private showings.
Negotiate offers and handle all aspects of the sales transaction.
Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, lenders, and inspectors.
Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably with listings.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent negotiation, marketing, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
