Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with homeowners to list and sell properties
Provide pricing guidance, staging recommendations, and market analysis
Coordinate listing preparations, including photos, signage, and showings
Conduct open houses and promote listings through various marketing channels
Handle all aspects of the listing agreement and offer negotiation process
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service
Stay informed on market trends, neighborhood values, and inventory
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate,
sales, or a similar client-facing industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
