Key Responsibilities:
Consult with Sellers
to understand their needs and provide pricing strategies based on market analysis.
Prepare and list properties
on the MLS and other real estate platforms.
Stage and photograph homes
(or coordinate professional services) to enhance appeal.
Market listings
using digital, social media, and traditional marketing strategies.
Host open houses
and coordinate private showings.
Negotiate offers
on behalf of sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Coordinate with buyers' agents, escrow companies, inspectors, and contractors
to ensure a smooth transaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge
of local market trends, pricing, and inventory.
Ensure all legal documents
and disclosures are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Listing Agent or similar role
Strong understanding of the local real estate market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient with MLS, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple listings simultaneously
