to join our real estate team. As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for representing property sellers throughout the sales process--from pricing and staging to marketing and closing. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, deep knowledge of the local market, and a proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with property owners to list their homes for sale.
Coordinate staging, photography, and marketing of properties.
List homes on the MLS and other real estate platforms.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to sell properties quickly and at optimal prices.
Host open houses and private showings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and showings.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of the seller.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from listing to closing.
Maintain detailed records and communication logs in CRM systems.
Stay updated on local market trends, zoning regulations, and real estate laws.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably with listing experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Knowledge of real estate marketing tools and platforms (MLS, CRM, social media, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously.
