From pricing strategy and marketing to negotiations and closing, you'll help maximize value for your clients while ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and convert seller leads into signed listing agreements
Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies
Advise clients on staging, repairs, and improvements to enhance property value
Work with professional photographers, videographers, and staging teams as needed
Schedule and host open houses, broker tours, and private showings
Communicate consistently with clients regarding feedback and market activity
Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms on behalf of the seller
Coordinate with escrow, lenders, inspectors, and buyer's agents to ensure timely closings
Maintain a CRM and track all client interactions and follow-ups
