As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for representing sellers in the sale of their properties. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and pricing strategies.

Provide guidance to sellers on preparing their homes for sale, including staging and necessary repairs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Listing Agent or similar role in real estate.
