You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions for our technologically advanced products from embedded systems to cloud based architectures. - Lead and inspire a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define software architecture and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-level design documents, including system architecture, software design, and technology selection.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and ensure the team follows best practices.
- Lead the development of critical components and modules, taking ownership of the architectural vision.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed decisions about technology selection and adoption.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt, ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of our software solutions.
- Continuously improve development processes, tools, and coding standards to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development and architecture, including hands-on coding and design.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems and experience with embedded Linux development.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Go, C, C++, and Python.
- Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
- Familiarity with hardware/software interfaces and communication protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
