Tasks:
- Solution setup and installation on customer platforms (validation and production)
- Creating records that are specific to a project (test cases, user guides, requirements documents)
- Develop and keep up internal tools for automating routine chores.
- Support for clients during the validation phase
- Ensure the solution\'s dependability and stability
- Prepare and upgrade the solution before deploying a new version
- Educate customers on how to use new features and goods.
- Travel for business between 35% and 50%\xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements:
- A solid understanding of Linux administration and operations
- A solid understanding of and expertise with Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Excellent Python IP network basis and Linux analytical/troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of Ansible
- Experience with Git (daily usage)
- Expertise in VMware Test Automation knowledge is advantageous
- Capable of writing process documentation and autonomous
- A sense of community, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility
outstanding communication (oral and written) - Open to experiencing different cultures and willing to travel frequently (up to 35% travel)
- Being flexible and customer-focused
- Enthusiasm for new ideas and computer technology
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and French will be a plus\xef\xbb\xbf
