Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional chauffeur service to customers, ensuring punctuality, safety, and comfort at all times. Maintain excellent knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and routes to key destinations (airports, hotels, business districts, etc.). Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition before each trip. Adhere strictly to company policies regarding driving conduct, grooming, and customer service standards. Communicate effectively with the operations team for trip assignments, updates, and any schedule changes. Assist clients with luggage and ensure a smooth and respectful customer experience. Record all trips accurately and report any delays, accidents, or incidents immediately to the supervisor. Follow proper handover procedures when changing shifts or vehicles. Report vehicle maintenance needs, damages, or irregularities promptly to the Fleet Department. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding clients and company operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid

UAE Driving License (Category 3 or 5)

-- Limousine Permit preferred. Minimum 1

year of experience

as a professional driver or limousine chauffeur in the UAE. Good communication skills in

English

(knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus). Excellent driving record with no major traffic violations. Well-groomed, polite, and professional appearance at all times. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
